Summary: Exceptional error on click of View button in the party
content in Account view screen in SFA component

Steps to regenerate:
1) Open url [
https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/sfa/control/viewprofile?roleTypeId=ACCOUNT&partyId=10000|http://example.com/]
2) Create an account in SFA component. In the account view page, navigate to
the party content section.
3) Attach Content. Set the Is public as "Yes". Upload the file. The attachment
is listed under the party content.Click on View button.
Actual: Not able to view the attachment. An exceptional error is been displayed.
