Steps to Regenerate:
1. Open 
https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/catalog/control/deleteShipmentMethodType
2. Select any Shipment Method Type ID
3. Click Remove button 

Actual: 
Exception Error is rendered on the screen.
