The pull request #30 is focus on Help file in docbook format migration to
asciidoc format and include them in existiing asciidoc files.
The pull request contain multiple commit, one for each sub-component, but as
it's mainly a migration from docbook format to asciidoc, all the commit can be
merge in only one.
For each docbook help file, I have checked if its contents was already in the
existing asciidoc files, and when not, find where to include it.
