Jacques Le Roux commented on OFBIZ-12300:
-----------------------------------------

Also OFBiz, being born in 2001, has already a long history. That's why there is
several places where you may find documentation.

Basically https://ci.apache.org is not concerned. It's mostly the build tool
and should not concern users only developers, ie mostly [people who build
OFBiz|https://projects.apache.org/committee.html?ofbiz]. It happens that its
also the location where we store the online documentation (see notes below for
more information about that)

https://cwiki.apache.org, the wiki, should mostly contain information not
related to specific versions. It was one, with the online documentation, of the
historical souces of documentation. The online documentation is notably
accessible from the demos (local or online), when using the help button. It's a
question mark button in most themes (OFBIz provides several visual themes). For
Helveticus, the last and new theme, the help menu can also be found under the
"head icon" at top right.

https://ofbiz.apache.org is mostly the "shop windows" where you can find links
to more detailled information, notably documentation.

If you are looking for detailled doc you should use the online help or roughly
get directly to https://ci.apache.org/projects/ofbiz/site/

To summarize, as Michael said, OFBiz is quite a beast that can not be tamed
with few clicks. You must be prepared for a long journey. But believe me it's
worth the try :)
