Hi Ioan,
Nowadays, there are numerous 3rd party APIs (mostly related to 3rd part
logistics) that provide services to check and capture postal codes and other
address details. If such are available for Romania too, consider to create a
plugin that utilises such API to create and/or update contact mech records.
