Add five new functions on OrderReadHelper as accessor to :
* externalId -> getExternalId()
* order priority -> getPriority()
* order item attributes -> getOrderItemAttributes()
* and two on order notes (internal and/or public) -> getOrderHeaderNotes() and
getOrderHeaderNotes(boolean internalNote)
