Removed repository.apache.org from build.gradle repositories list.It was 
initially added to test unreleased Freemarker versions. Since the required 
Freemarker version is now officially released, this repository is no longer 
needed. 
Also, ASF infra block IPs for excessive requests, which can cause Gradle builds 
to fail.
