The locale selection page
([https://demo-stable.ofbiz.apache.org/ordermgr/control/ListLocales)] has no
styling, and is very long. We could very quickly improve it, and make it a
little bit more user friendly. I suspect that for many new users, this is one
of the first pages visited so it may be worth it.
Current state :

What I plan :
* display locales as blocks next to each other
* add a text field that filters the locales (full text search), directly
hiding/showing locale blocks as you type
I also noticed that when you click on a locale, the page content is replaced by
the previous page, but the URL is not restored to this original page URL :

I think we should redirect the user to the original page and avoid a desynch
between page content and page URL.
