It does look like sbt published more files for pekko-groc 1.1.1 than it did for 1.2.0 * https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/pekko/pekko-grpc-sbt-plugin_2.12_1.0/1.1.1/ * https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/pekko/pekko-grpc-sbt-plugin_2.12_1.0/1.2.0/ We used sbt 1.10 in the 1.1.1 release while sbt 1.11 was used in the 1.2.0 release.
