   ok this seems to be an issue with the site: their certificate is signed by 
"Sectigo Public Server Authentication CA OV R36" which is signed by "Sectigo 
Public Server Authentication Root R46", and "Sectigo Public Server 
Authentication Root R46" is commonly in the truststore, but "Sectigo Public 
Server Authentication CA OV R36" is not provided by the server, so the chain is 
broken.

   I've sent them a note, let's see of they fix it, otherwise perhaps we should 
look for a different reference.
