Current implementation of Rya Shell does not perform pagination on sparql-query
results. Result size is currently limited to a string of length
Integer.MAX_INT.
- Add pagination to scroll through the result set.
- Fix max string length limitation.
- Add a --save-to-file option to store the results of a query to file with a
user specified output format.
