Fix For: 4.0.0
Update the Accumulo implementation of Rya to keep track of how many statements
have been stored per context. This information should only be maintained if a
user chooses to enable it when installing an instance of Rya.
Proposed Implementation:
Use a SummingCombiner on the table that stores this information.
Row Key: The context that is being summed
Column Family: "statementCount"
Column Qualifier: None
Value: A long that represents the delta to the count
