It would be helpful to include a short reminder in the pull request template encouraging contributors to review the `CONTRIBUTING.md` file, along with a clickable link. ### How it could be? For example, we could add a line like below. - [ ] Have you read the [CONTRIBUTING.md](https://github.com/apache/incubator-seata/blob/2.x/CONTRIBUTING.md) guidelines?
