实际上参数配置是生效了的，在配置了retry-interval: 1000 明显增大了重试间隔，但是配置的较小时，比如配置1ms最低间隔也有100ms，可能与我本机的性能有关，也就是我计算因竞争全局锁而持有的本地锁时常的算法有问题 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
