Fix the incorrect package-to-directory mapping in the seata-http-jakarta
module by aligning the Java package name with the directory structure.

This change only adjusts the package-to-directory structure and does not
modify any runtime logic or behavior, so existing tests are sufficient.

Built the seata-http-jakarta module using Maven with the reactor option
(-am) to ensure successful compilation.
