Hi community,
Since 5.0.0, DistSQL has brought us many new experiences and got a lot of
attention from users.
As more and more users try, the community has also received a lot of
feedback, hoping that DistSQL will continue to be improved, such as
1. Some concepts are unclear:
- Does `INSTANCE` refer to compute node or storage node?
- Will `DROP RESOURCE` drop my physical database?
- Why is the broadcast table called `SHARDING BROADCAST TABLE`?
- Why the configuration of each feature is called `RULE`, but in
MIGRATION it is called `PROCESS CONFIGURATION`?
2. There are many ways to create a sharding table rule, I don't know how to
start?

3. When are quotation marks necessary and when are they not?
