Changes proposed in this pull request:
- Migrate from Java EE 8 to Jakarta EE 8. This is to align the behavior of
Spring Boot OSS 2.2-2.7 to help issues like #26896 expose more relevant Logs.
- Due to changes in #29124, ShardingSphere Proxy and ShardingSphere Proxy
Native now actually use the same set of dependencies. No additional LICENSE
files are required.
- Also for #26041 .
- Also fixes #26896 .
