Changes proposed in this pull request:
- Updates Calcite to 1.36.0 to further support the `WITH RECURSIVE`
keyword.
- This PR is used to activate testing of E2E. Due to the changes in
https://github.com/apache/calcite/pull/3429, Calcite will bring charset to
String after parsing SQL. However, ShardingSphere currently does not involve
the logic of `org.apache.calcite.util.NlsString`, and the related charset
cannot be obtained.
- This PR may also be partially influenced by
https://gitlab.ow2.org/asm/asm/-/issues/318008 . There is a reported bug in asm.
