Fixes #28892.
Changes proposed in this pull request:
- Convert DataTypes for Vertica, Clickhouse and common testcontainers.
- The jdbcURL prefix for testcontainers comes from the documentation for
testcontainers-java. For #29052 .
- Both Clickhouse and Vertica currently use SQL92 dialect parsing. This PR
is only to avoid direct error reporting and leave room for further
implementation in the future. Also fixes #29291 .
