Changes proposed in this pull request:
- Add GraalVM Reachability Metadata and corresponding nativeTest for
Presto.
- According to the findings of
https://github.com/testcontainers/testcontainers-java/pull/8946,
https://github.com/prestodb/presto/issues/15916 and
https://github.com/prestodb/presto/issues/23226 , the minimum version of Presto
JDBC Driver used by ShardingSphere has been changed to `0.290` which contains
the corresponding fixes.
- Prestissimo is not the focus of this PR because this PR only focuses on
the processing of the Presto JDBC Driver side.
- Parts not relevant to this PR will be split soon.
- Support for connecting to Presto's Memory Connector in ShardingSphere
configuration
