- Add e2e.timezone in e2e-env.properties
If `e2e.timezone` is not configured in `e2e-env.properties`, then UTC time
zone will be used in `E2ETestEnvironment`:
```
TimeZone.setDefault(TimeZone.getTimeZone(props.getProperty("e2e.timezone",
"UTC")));
```
When OS time zone is not UTC, or database time zone is not UTC, pipeline E2E
might run failed on data consistency check because of time zone offset.
