Changes proposed in this pull request:
- Update outdated documentation related to optional JDBC components and
GraalVM Native Image.
- The installation method for `dbeaver-ce` has changed; for background
information, refer to
https://forum.snapcraft.io/t/request-classic-confinement-for-dbeaver-ce/49008 .
- Outside of the Maven and Gradle communities, it seems only the sbt
community has mentioned needing GraalVM Native Build Tools, so there's no need
to consider other build tools. See
https://github.com/oracle/graalvm-reachability-metadata/issues/343 .
- Adding documentation for h2databse and MS SQL Server will be done in a
separate PR because it needs to be aligned with the document style of the
current PR.
