I have addressed the comments for points 1 and 2. Point 3 has been left unchanged for now, as it currently implements the functionality required at this stage. I plan to revise it in the near future, and a corresponding TODO has already been added. If this is critical, please let me know and I will move the task back to Draft until the changes are made. Otherwise, I suggest merging the changes in their current state.
