Refocus the ShardingSphere-MCP user manual on natural-language database tasks in AI applications instead of protocol-level MCP details. Rewrite quick start and capability catalog around user-facing tasks, move JSON-RPC, tools, resources, prompts, completion targets, and URI references into a new developer appendix, and rename plugin workflows to rule change flow. Update client integration, configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, and feature plugin pages in both Chinese and English to keep protocol details out of the main user path.
