   For #11100.
   
   Changes proposed in this pull request:
   - Remove `HOST`, `PORT`, `DBNAME` and add `URL` to `ADD RESOURCE` syntax.
   - Users can use custom url to set JDBC connection properties.
   - User can set properties to customize  the connection pool, just like 
`maxPoolSize`;
