   I've reproduced this bug on a Windows machine, below is the minimal yet 
runnable demo:

   note the output:
   
   ```
   resource.getFile() = D:\abc%20def\test\target\classes\org\sample\Test2.class
   resource.getFile() = D:\abc def\test\target\classes\org\sample\Test2.class
   ```
   
   the result of `resource.getFile()` is encoded (`%20` for spaces), and using 
`new File(resource.toURI())` works well, I'll send a PR to resolve this.
