And not all the data requires a shadow database, such as cache, and some MQs. Don't make the issue too complex until we really need to face it. If you are going to create everything duplicated, you even don't need to do this on product env, because you have the whole copy env to test. According to my understanding, there are also some existing full-link test products on the market.
