Due to the downSampling in the OAP server side, we have to support writing data to a block older than the current open ones. For example, we start the banyandb server at "2022-01-27T01:40:20Z", the oldest block may start from "2022-01-27T01:40:20Z" while the OAP server would send stream entities with timestamp "2022-01-27T01:00:00Z" due to the downSampling at hour level.  -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
