   oh, this is my meaning, I think：
    the timezone of sk-image's dockerfile was specified by utc0, but timezone 
of apps in our k8s cluster was specifiied by utc8.
   
   So, if I redefine the timezone of dockerfile in sk-image, is this question 
resovled?
