   Since schema change has been implemented, and the tag type in trace is a 
global file rather than being stored separately for each piece of data, this 
can cause issues when merging after the schema change. The previous data may 
fail to decode, so we should prohibit merging parts with different types under 
the same tag.
   
   By the way, if data written in the same batch contains the same tag with 
different types, it could lead to similar issues, which I will address later.
