### Improve documentation structure for better user navigation
This PR improves the documentation organization to help end users find
resources more easily.
**Changes:**
1. **docs/README.md** - Restructured with high-level documentation overview
instead of detailed lists
- Cleaner navigation with section summaries
- Links to key entry points for each section
- Updated Getting Help section with GitHub Discussions, Issues, and Slack
channels
2. **docs/menu.yml** - Reorganized Marketplace section
- Moved Marketplace from Quick Start sub-item to top-level section
- Added "Overview" as the intro page for Marketplace
3. **docs/en/setup/backend/marketplace.md** - Enhanced as overview page
- Lists all out-of-box monitoring features
- Explains how monitoring auto-detection works
- Moved custom dashboard to "Advanced" section
4. **Quick Start docs** (backend-setup.md, backend-docker.md, backend-k8s.md)
- Added "What's Next" section guiding users to Marketplace
5. **docs/en/setup/service-agent/agent-compatibility.md** - Restructured for
clarity
- OAP 10.x (Current) highlighted as primary focus
- Cleaner table format with specific requirements vs "All compatible"
- Legacy versions (8.x - 9.x) moved to separate section with maintenance

6. **CLAUDE.md** - Added PR submission guidelines
- Branch strategy (never work on master)
- PR title and description requirements
- Template guidance for different PR types
