### <Feature description>
Support parsing explicit Prometheus sample timestamps in the text parser by
introducing timestamp handling states in the FSM, extending TextSample to store
parsed timestamps, and resolving metric timestamps from parsed values with
fallback to the current time for invalid or absent timestamps. Also update
parser tests to validate explicit timestamp parsing, trailing whitespace
handling, and compatibility with existing Prometheus fixture data.
