 Review comment:
   Sleep cannot be removed because test case relies on RabbitMQ queue message 
delivery and it is asynchronous. I have improved it by introducing Count Down 
Latch.
   
   CountDownLatch will wait until message received and exit instead of constant 
sleep of 5 seconds
