   @hanahmily I found two problems.
   
   1.  The `manager-role` cannot read the services
   ```
   E1107 12:14:26.309147 1 reflector.go:153]

*v1.Service: services is forbidden: User 
"system:serviceaccount:skywalking-swck-system:default" cannot list resource

   ```
   
   2. `kustomize` cannot modify the name of `namesapce`
