   I see it wrong behaviour because information in DB wasn't changed.
   
   #### How to reproduce the bug
   
   1. Go to 'Calendar Heatmap' with your timezone
   2. change timezone locally
   3.  'Calendar Heatmap' should be reloaded
   4. See error
   
   ### Expected results
   
   information doesn't change
   
   what you expected to happen.
   
   ### Actual results
   
   what actually happens.
