I think that questions like these are better placed in Slack or Stack overflow, please see Superset Resources in . The incubator period is a process described in the Apache docs: https://incubator.apache.org/. The graduation, as far as I know, is a long process that needs to ensure that a project meets all Apache criteria for code release and community handling, so I think there is no specific date. Superset is usable even if not yet "Graduated", it only means that it is less mature from an Apache perspective :)
