I can hardcode the url in the `/superset/views/base.py`: write my url instead
of `appbuilder.app.config["LOGO_TARGET_PATH"] or url_for("Superset.welcome"),`
and disable `LOGO_TARGET_PATH`.
In that case the 'Home' menu does not appear and logo has a correct url.
If you have other suggestions please share them.
