I'd follow @dosu's advice here as a starting point, but it looks like you got most of the ones it mentions other than `datasource access on`. I don't *personally* manage permissions much (we offer/build a hosted service that more or less covers these bases) so I'm not sure. Are there certain actions you're taking when these pop up? Any logs on the server side or browser console messages of interest, to show what's being blocked?
