Hey team, I’ve implemented locale-aware month names for the Calendar Heatmap using `d3-time-format`, with Russian locale support and English fallbacks. Verified it locally with `BABEL_DEFAULT_LOCALE="ru"`. CI is failing mainly due to frontend linting and build issues on Windows, which are unrelated to the actual changes.
