The HTML_SANITIZATION_SCHEMA_EXTENSIONS setting is designed to be configured in config.py (or your custom superset_config.py) to extend the HTML sanitization schema and allow base64 images in Handlebars charts. Just update the relevant configuration and restart Superset for the change to take effect.
