### Bug description
After adding
`
LANGUAGES = {
"ru": {"flag": "ru", "name": "Russian"},
"en": {"flag": "us", "name": "English"}
}
BABEL_DEFAULT_LOCALE = "ru"
`
to the file, the language selection appeared, but selecting it produces an
error in the logs.
