GitHub user SukiSeven created a discussion: How to create a sub-admin role that can manage users and roles but only see specific datasets?
Hi Superset team π, Weβre trying to create a sub-admin role in Superset with the following permissions: β The sub-admin should be able to: Create and edit users (Security β List Users) Create and edit roles (Security β List Roles) Assign roles to other users π« But the sub-admin should not be able to: View or modify datasets / tables that are not explicitly authorized Access other databases or dashboards owned by the full Admin In other words, this role should behave like a restricted administrator, who can manage users and permissions only within a limited data scope.
