I believe we're seeing the same behaviour on RC3. We've been experiencing a huge spike in calls to the API by individual users (hundreds or thousands of calls, depending on the dashboard), which has degraded the overall usability. We enabled the Flask rate limiter settings, which we'd never needed before. This has helped a bit, but has not resolved the issue -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
