I think there are two things to consider in these files 1) Instructions for the machine - i.e. "always run pre-commit" or "run `npm run plugins:build`" which is fine 2) The context about files, features, their purpose, should be auto-generated, so we don't have to do double-entry bookeeping. ARCHITECTURE.md should for sure be generated and live in the Developer Portal... should aim for zero-upkeep and high visibility for this kind of thing. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
