   ### SUMMARY
<!--- Describe the change below, including rationale and design decisions -->
Adds the Auto Zoom control to the deck.gl Multiple Layers chart type for
consistency with other deck.gl chart types.

Previously, the Multiple Layers chart always auto-zoomed to fit data bounds,
with no option to disable this behavior. This change adds a checkbox control
that allows users to:
   - Enable Auto Zoom: Map automatically adjusts to fit filtered data bounds
(default behavior)
   - Disable Auto Zoom: Map maintains manually configured viewport when filters
are applied

   **Changes:**
   - Added `autozoom` control to the Multiple Layers control panel, positioned
below the Viewport field
   - Modified `getAdjustedViewport` function to respect the `autozoom` setting
   - When Auto Zoom is OFF, the viewport maintains user-defined coordinates
   - When Auto Zoom is ON, the viewport automatically fits to data bounds

This brings the Multiple Layers chart in line with other deck.gl chart types
(Scatter, Geojson, Polygon, etc.) which already have this functionality.
