Oh! one more idea --- and way out of critical path, but for things like "User wants to generate a CSV" that takes like minutes. There could be nice UI affordances for users to track their job, or the UI to provide a little job widget of some kind. Log visibility would be **amazing**, but is clearly "high-complexity" and costly (forces a subprocess, the celery job has to flush large blobs to db (or elsewhere), ...).
