I have my Superset 6.0.0 connected to Microsoft SQL Server just fine, so this is an issue with configuration, not a bug in Superset. I'm going to convert it to a discussion so it's not in our bug tracker as an issue. That said: are you following the example here? https://superset.apache.org/docs/installation/docker-builds/#building-your-own-production-docker-image In particular I don't see you using the line that activates the venv. Try following the example there more closely.
