   ## Description

   1. With the dark theme / dark mode on AND "show total" checked for a
sunburst chart, the total value (displayed at the center of the chart) is
displayed in black text with the dark theme background, making it virtually
illegible.
   2. The labels for the starburst chart when dark theme/mode is active appear
as white text with a black outline. Even at a fairly large size this makes them
difficult to read.

   ## Design input

   1. `design:suggest` display total value using white/light foregrounded text
color when dark theme/mode is active.
   2. `design:suggest` display labels in either white/light or black/dark text
with no outline. If the colors used by the theme are sufficiently bright but
saturated (as they are in this screenshot), either should work, though
white/light might be preferred.
