   Example:
   fix(dashboard): load charts correctly
   -->

   ### SUMMARY
   <!--- Describe the change below, including rationale and design decisions -->
   When creating an alert in the “Alerts & Reports” section and then editing it
in Firefox, the “Alert Contents” modal should display a button labeled “Apply
another dashboard filter,” which allows users to add a filter.

   The issue occurs because of an incorrect token defining the white color,
which hides the label in light mode due to the background color.

   I also removed the incorrect CSS and the `.filters-add-container` class, as
it contained unused styles.
