Based on the comments in this thread, this issue appears to be specific to the Docker Compose 0.0.0dev setup and does not reproduce in Superset 3.0.0. Since you confirmed the problem doesn't appear in your K8s deployment with 3.0.0, this suggests the issue was resolved in subsequent releases. There were several fixes for BIGINT and large number rendering in charts between dev builds and the 3.0.0 release. Closing this as resolved in current versions.
